There are no pre-authorizations or claim denials. If you and our doctors determine that a treatment is appropriate for your care, it is included within your membership benefits and applicable discounts.

How to Become a Member
Step 1: Schedule Your Initial Visit
Call us or book online to schedule your first appointment. During this visit, we'll complete a comprehensive exam to evaluate your oral health.
Step 2: Choose Your Membership Tier
Based on your exam results, our team will recommend the membership tier that fits your needs: 6-month, 4-month, or 3-month recall.
Step 3: Enroll and Save
Pay your annual membership fee, and your initial exam is included. You'll immediately have access to your preventive care visits and 30% off all treatments.
Step 4: Renew Annually
At the end of your 12-month membership period, simply pay your renewal fee to continue your benefits for another year.
