Union Dental's membership plan is a flat annual fee for patients without dental insurance. It covers your cleanings and exams and takes 30% off anything else. It is not insurance. It is a direct arrangement with our team, at a price agreed up front.

What the Membership Covers

Every membership runs for 12 months from the day you enroll and includes:

Your cleanings and exams for the year, at the interval your gums need
Any necessary X-rays
Up to 3 limited exams a year, for when something comes up between visits
30% off every other treatment, including fillings, dental crowns, bridges, and restorative dentistry

How the Plan Works

You pay once for the year. Your cleanings and preventive care are covered by that fee, and anything beyond them comes off our normal price by 30%. You are told the cost of any treatment before it is scheduled.

The plan is not insurance and does not work like one. There is no claim to file. You and your dentist agree what your mouth needs, and the membership discount applies to whatever you both decide.
