Bottom dentures are notoriously more complicated to keep in place than top ones because your tongue moves them, and there is no "suction" like on the roof of your mouth. We can help by doing a "hard reline" to refit the shape, or discussing "snap-in" anchors to lock them down.
It takes patience. For the first few weeks, your brain has to learn that these "foreign objects" are now your teeth. You may produce extra saliva or talk a bit funny at first (reading out loud helps!). Most patients in Spring Valley feel comfortable within 30 days.
